About Draft To Run

When Kingston’s mayor announced he would not seek re-election, the 2027 race became wide open — and the usual question followed: who steps up? The people a community trusts most are rarely the ones who promote themselves. They are the coaches, organizers, volunteers, and neighbors everybody already turns to.

Draft To Run turns that kitchen-table conversation into a public, good-natured draft. Nominate the neighbor you trust. Endorse them — once per person, enforced. Share their page and build their crew. If enough of a community says run, that is a signal worth hearing.

Deliberately non-partisan. There is no party field anywhere on this platform, no policy questionnaire, and no comment threads. The only credential that matters here is service you have actually seen.
